North ministers in financial guarantees plea

The Dublin and London administrations need to provide fresh reassurances on financial guarantees for the North, the First and Deputy First Ministers said today.

Road building schemes funded by the Irish Government and guarantees over the cost of devolving policing and justice to a local minister need to be settled, Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness added.
