O’Leary calls for scrapping of Dublin Airport metro

Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary is calling on the Minister for Transport to scrap plans for a metro line serving Dublin Airport.

The partially underground rail line was estimated to cost more than €4.6bn at the height of the economic boom, but this estimate could come down due to falling construction costs.
