McAleese calls for people to rise above anger
President Mary McAleese says the people of Ireland must come together to help restart the stalled economy.
Speaking at the Independent Broadcasters of Ireland's annual conference in Dublin today, Mrs McAleese said she understood that people were angry at those who have damaged Ireland's reputation.
