Accountancy group urge Govt to draw up new budget

An umbrella group representing accountants across the country is calling on the Government to announce another early budget in response to the economic crisis.

The Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies in Ireland says the current budget is based on predictions of a financial situation far better than the one that currently exists.
