Eastern Europe nations 'don't want bail-out'
Eastern European nations do not want a special rescue programme for their region, top European Union officials said at the end of emergency economic summit talks tonight.
EU Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said the ten eastern states of the bloc “do not want a programme just for them” because different nations had different problems.
