Two more arrests made in Geoghegan murder probe
Two more people have been arrested by Gardaí investigating the murder of Shane Geoghegan in Limerick last year.
Fourteen people are now in custody following a number of searches in Limerick, Tipperary and Dublin this morning.
The seven men and seven women are being detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act and can be held for up to 72 hours.
They're being questioned at Garda Stations in Limerick, Tipperary, Clare and Dublin.
28-year-old Shane Geoghegan was shot dead in Dooradoyle in November in what Gardaí believe was a case of mistaken identity.
