A former junior minister in the Northern Ireland Assembly has died during a diving holiday in Costa Rica, it was revealed today.

A former junior minister in the Northern Ireland Assembly has died during a diving holiday in Costa Rica, it was revealed today.

James Leslie, 50, was the Ulster Unionist Assembly member for North Antrim.
