Three injured in two separate assaults in the North
Three people are being treated in hospital in the North after two separate assaults last night.
A man was stabbed in Craigavon, Co. Armagh at approximately 3.30am.
The 31-year-old suffered stab wounds to his chest, arms and back in the attack in the Parkmore area.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
Meanwhile, in Newry in Co. Down, two men were attacked in the Trevor Hill area at approximately 1.30am this morning.
They are both being treated in hospital.
Their injuries are not being described as life threatening.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested and is being questioned by the PSNI about the assault.
