Three men in the North have been charged with attempted murder following a serious assault in Derry.

Three men in the North have been charged with attempted murder following a serious assault in Derry.

The incident happened in the Foyle Street area in the early hours of Friday morning.

A 27-year-old man remains in a critical condition in hospital following the attack.

The three men - aged 21, 25 and 26 - are due to appear in court tomorrow.
