Man dies in Tipperary road accident

A man in his 20s has been killed in a road accident in South Tipperary this morning.

The single-vehicle collision happened on the old N8, between Cashel and Horse and Jockey just after 9.30am.

A second man who was injured in the crash remains in a serious condition in South Tipperary General Hospital.

Yesterday evening, two men in their 30s were killed when their car and a bus were in collision near Ballinasloe in Co Galway.
