Man still in custody over Ann Corcoran disappearance

Gardaí in west Cork are continuing to question a 49-year-old man arrested yesterday in connection with the disappearance of Ann Corcoran.

The man was detained at a house in the Bandon area yesterday on suspicion of murdering the 60-year-old widow, who has been missing for two-and-a-half weeks.
