Icy conditions persist on roads across the country
Icy conditions are persisting on roads across the country this morning following another night of freezing temperatures.
Leinster and Ulster are continuing to suffer the worst of the cold snap, but motorists are being advised to take care on all routes throughout the country.
Meanwhile, passengers intending to fly in or out of Dublin Airport today are being advised to contact their airline to check the details of their flight.
The airport reopened last night after being closed for several hours due to snowy conditions.
More than 200 flights had to be cancelled, causing large queues in the departure hall as travellers waited to get refunds and rebook flights.
The DAA says the airport is open as usual today, but it is expected to take some time before flights return to normal.
