Body found beside River Bandon in west Cork

Gardaí in west Cork are investigating the discovery of a body beside the River Bandon in Ballinadee.

The discovery was made yesterday evening and gardaí are investigating the possibility that the remains may be those of a local man who has been missing for around five months.
