A date has been set for later this month to decide who will pay the legal costs for the former Principal Biochemist in the Blood Transfusion Service Board relating to the infection of women with hepatitis C.

Charges against Ms Cecily Cunningham (aged 66) of Hollybrook Road, Clontarf were dropped by the State last month at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
