Aer Lingus and United Airlines join forces on new route

Aer Lingus and United Airlines are launching a new service between Madrid and Washington, it was announced this afternoon.

The daily service will start in March next year.

It’s one of the first deals to take advantage of the EU - US “Open Skies” trade liberalisation agreement made two years ago.
