Tipperary man faces life sentence for heroin possession
A Co Tipperary man faces a possible life sentence after he admitted to being in possession of heroin for sale or supply in Dublin last year.
Martin Mulcahy (aged 39) with an address at the Coachyard, Nenagh, Co Tipperary pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of the drugs at the Naas Road, in Clondalkin on April 19, 2008.
