Former RUC chief constable Ronnie Flanagan is due to appear today before the public inquiry into the murder of Lurgan solicitor Rosemary Nelson 10-years-ago.

The inquiry is investigating claims that the police colluded with the loyalist paramilitaries who killed Mrs Nelson in a bomb attack outside her home in March 1999.
