Man injured in Belfast stabbing
Police in the North are investigating a stabbing in Belfast.
It happened at around 4 o'clock this morning in the Ballinahinch area when an 18-year-old man was stabbed a number of times at a house in Windmill Park.
He was taken to hospital with injuries that are said to be serious but not life-threatening.
The PSNI is investigating if the attack is connected to a number of incidents in the area yesterday evening.
Two youths in their late teens were arrested in connection with criminal damage after a number of windows in houses, cars and a van were smashed.
They have been released pending further inquires. Police are continuing to investigate both incidents.
