Man critical following building site accident

In the North, a workman is in a critical condition after the front of a building and scaffolding collapsed on him in Co. Antrim.

The accident happened in Ballymena this morning.

The health and safety executive is investigating the incident.

A spokeswoman for Antrim Hospital said the man was "in a critical, but stable, condition".
