A top loyalist was tonight charged with the murder of another Protestant paramilitary in the North.

A top loyalist was tonight charged with the murder of another Protestant paramilitary in the North.

Mark Haddock, aged 40, was charged with shooting dead Tommy English, a member of the Ulster Defence Association in October 2000.
