Man dies in Cork crash

A man died after the car he was driving crashed into a wall in Co Cork, gardaí said today.

The victim, in his 20s, was travelling at Tullig, Millstreet, Co Cork, at the time of the collision.

Investigating officers said there was no other vehicle involved.

The man was taken to Cork University Hospital after the crash at around 1am but he died some time later from his injuries.

Gardaí at Millstreet have asked for anyone with information about the incident to get in contact.
