Man due before Roscommon court following Galway death

A 45-year-old man will appear in court in Co Roscommon later today in connection with the death of Frank Fahy in Galway yesterday morning.

The 20-year-old was one of three men involved in an assault at The Square in Glenamaddy at around 1.30am on Monday.

Another man was treated in hospital for his injuries which were not life threatening.

The 45-year-old will appear at Roscommon District Court at 4pm this afternoon.
