Vodafone Ireland to cut 150 jobs
Vodafone is seeking 150 job cuts in its Irish workforce.
The company has said it hopes to achieve the redundancies through a voluntary programme.
Vodafone said it has begun a review of operations in order to compete effectively in an increasingly challenging economic environment.
The company is beginning a month-long consultation process with unions and employees.
Vodafone Ireland currently employs 1,500 staff and has its headquarters in Sandyford, Dublin.
