Fianna Fáil TD found not guilty of assaulting teenager

Fianna Fáil TD Mattie McGrath was this evening found not guilty of assaulting a teenager in south Tipperary over two years ago.

He was also found not guilty of violent disorder and using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour in Newcastle in August 2006.
