Voters appear to be changing their mind on the Lisbon Treaty, with a new opinion poll showing the agreement could be approved in a second referendum.

Forty-three percent of respondents to the Irish Times poll said they would vote in favour of the treaty if minor changes were made to take Irish concerns into account.
