116 jobs to go in Galway

A Galway-based company has announced that it is to close next year with the loss of 90 full-time jobs and 26 part-time posts.

The move by Inter Group Insurance Services, which is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, is understood to have come about as a result of a shift in the insurance outsourcing market over recent years.
