Ireland sets aside €1m for Congo emergency aid

Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheal Martin has announced that Ireland is to set aside €1m in funding to help the emergency relief in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

More than €31m has been allocated to the region during the past three years.
