Young man killed in Galway crash

A man has been killed in a crash in Galway.

The 26-year-old died when the van he was driving collided with a ditch at Ruanmore, Ardrahan. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash happened just after midnight and brings to 239 the number of people killed on our roads so far this year.
