Jury resumes deliberations in Donegal rape trial

The jury in the trial of a Donegal man for the alleged rape of his wife's niece 15 years ago has resumed its deliberations at the Central Criminal Court this morning after spending last night in a hotel.

Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne had sent the jury to the hotel just after eight o'clock last night after it had been considering the case for over one hour.
