Pensioners unhappy with Govt’s medical-card changes

Thousands of pensioners from across the country have gathered in Dublin today to voice their anger over the medical-cards controversy.

The meeting was arranged before this morning's announcement of changes in the plan to remove the automatic medical-card entitlement from people over the age of 70.
