Kenny slams €1.4m bonus scheme for HSE managers

The Government has come under attack in the Dáil over proposals by the HSE to implement a €1.4m bonus scheme for managers.

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said the money was being made available at a time when services were about to be decimated due to budget constraints.
