IMPACT holds off on strike ballot pending Aer Lingus talks

The IMPACT trade union has said it will not be holding an immediate ballot for industrial action at Aer Lingus.

SIPTU has begun balloting its members today on all-out strike action in the event that the airline tries to impose €74m worth of cost cuts in the absence of an agreement with workers.
