Study highlights financial burden on cancer patients

Minister for Health Mary Harney said this afternoon that measures are in place to help cancer patients suffering financial hardship.

A study released earlier today by the National Cancer Registry found that many patients find it hard to pay their bills, and often have to give up work during their treatment.
