HIQA publishes terms of reference for Ennis hospital review

A review by the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) of services at Ennis General Hospital will include an examination of communication between staff and patients as well as a review of clincial care at the hospital.

HIQA today published the terms of reference for the independent investigation.
