The Pensions Board is taking criminal proceedings against a company director of a company which is alleged to have taken money from employees and failed to put it into their pension scheme.

Colm McNulty of Limestone Construction Ltd, based in St Margaret’s, Dublin, failed to turn up to a District Court hearing today and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest by Judge David McHugh.
