A company director is to go on trial in April accused of looting pension fund contributions of almost 200 employees.

OVER 150 construction companies are being investigated by the Pensions Board over their alleged failure to pay pension contributions from employees into the industry’s pension scheme.

The Pensions Board is taking criminal proceedings against a company director of a company which is alleged to have taken money from employees and failed to put it into their pension scheme.
