Appeal for information on Meath killing

Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for information in relation to a fatal stabbing in Co Meath.

A 32-year-old Romanian man was found with stab wounds in the garden of his home in Drogheda, Co Louth in July last year.

It later emerged that Ilie Dutu had been murdered in an apartment in Bettystown, Co Meath.

The murder is due to be featured on Crimecall on Tuesday night.

Gardaí are looking for anyone who may have seen an Audi A8, with foreign registration plates in the area around the time of the murder to come forward.

They are also looking to speak to a female who was in the apartment at the time and anyone who was in the area and has information in relation to the incident.
