Gormley: 'No decision on how Lisbon will be passed'

The leader of the Green Party says no firm decision has been agreed in Government yet as to whether or not the Lisbon Treaty will be passed by referendum or by legislation.

Speculation has been growing that certain parts of the Treaty could be ratified in the Dáil by TDs with the remaining sections being voted on by the people through referendum.
