Kyzysztof Holynski, aged 27, of 1 Chestnut Avenue, Fota Rock, Carrigtwohill, was arrested and charged with having cannabis resin at his home address on Saturday, September 6, being in possession of the drugs a time when their street value exceeded €13,000.
