New seminarians welcomed to Pontifical University

Twenty-two men are being welcomed into the National Seminary in Maynooth today.

The new seminarians will begin their studies for the priesthood at the Pontifical University this September, bringing the numbers at the Co Kildare college to 70.

The Seminarians come from diocese all over Ireland, including four from Dublin and three from Galway Dublin and the North.
