Two French men killed in Connemara car crash
Two French men have been killed in a car crash in Connemara.
The single vehicle accident happened just after midday at Lettergesh.
Two women were also in the car at the time and have been taken to Galway University Hospital, however the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
The road remains sealed off for technical examination this evening.
Gardaí have launched an appeal for witnesses to the crash and anyone who was in the Lettergesh area between 11am and 1pm today is asked to contact Clifden Garda Station on 095 22500.
