Five held after Dublin shooting
Five men are being questioned today about the shooting of a man in west Dublin.
The 20-year-old victim was gunned down just before 10pm last night close to Cherry Orchard Hospital, near Ballyfermot.
He was taken to St James Hospital where his condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
Shortly after the gun attack, gardaí stopped two cars in the area and arrested five men.
They are being held at Clondalkin, Lucan, Ballyfermot and Ronanstown garda stations.
