People who skip breakfast 'more likely to be overweight'
People who skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight, according to a study by the Irish Universities Nutrition Alliance.
The research has also found that half of all teenage girls are unhappy with their body weight.
Up to 37% of teenagers have tried to lose weight, with girls twice as likely as boys to attempt weight loss.
However, less than one-fifth of parents are aware that their teenager is trying to lose weight.
