FG urges proactive action on unemployment problem

Fine Gael is today urging the Government to take a more proactive approach to the unemployment problem.

However, party spokesperson Leo Varadkar is cautioning the Government against following the lead of the British government, which is expected to announce a new 'work for dole' plan in the coming week.
