Govt 'failing to move people into community care'

The Government is failing to move up to 3,000 people out of out-dated institutions and into community care, according to new figures.

The Irish Times reports that more than 1,000 people continue to live in old psychiatric hospitals despite repeated pleas to close down the facilities and move them into community settings.
