The head of Ryanair, Michael O'Leary, has declared that there is no future for regional airports in this country.

Speaking before the Oireachtas Transport Committee, Mr O'Leary said Ireland is sufficiently served by Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports and that Kerry is also a good base.
