Murder accused remanded in custody

A man was today remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of a separated father at his apartment in Dublin.

Michael Byrne, aged 36, of Clonard Road, Crumlin was arrested yesterday in connection with the killing of Denis Brennan, aged 60, last week at his flat at Bow Bridge Court in Kilmainham.
