Young Fine Gael to discuss provisional driver restrictions

Young Fine Gael is holding its annual summer school in Co Louth today.

Top of the agenda will be the recent introduction of restrictions on provisional motorists.

The new laws mean motorists on their second provisional licence can't drive without a fully licensed driver with them.

The group says the changes are having a major effect on young people who need their car to get to college and work.
