Mental hospital relocation would 'criminalise' patients

A group campaigning against the relocation of the Central Mental Hospital to the site of the proposed new "super-prison" in Co Dublin says the move will criminalise mentally ill patients.

The Central Mental Hospital Carers Group is due to address the Oireachtas Health Committee this afternoon as part of its efforts to reverse the decision.
