Latvian man critical after Limerick car crash

A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after a crash in Co Limerick last night.

He was a passenger in a car which was involved in a single vehicle crash on the R505 between Boher and Cappamore at around 11am.

Two children, both under the age of ten, were also in the car at the time, and were treated for minor injuries.

A woman, who was driving the car, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has since been released on bail.

It is understood that all four are from Latvia.
